Hank Arnold

CARES, CADC - Director, Coweta FORCE

Hank Arnold is the founder and director of a non-profit grassroots Recovery Community
Organization (RCO), Coweta FORCE.
Hank began his career in the addiction recovery field in 2012 at Talbott Recovery
Campus in Atlanta, GA. He held many positions over the 7 years he worked for the
organization, including Resident Assistant, Intake Coordinator, Transitional Living
Manager, and Program Coordinator. The opportunity to work with people seeking
recovery fed the passion Hank had for helping others. This inspired Hank to obtain
hours of training and certifications to ensure he is equipped to work with a diverse
population and circumstances as it relates to recovery for individuals and family
members impacted by addiction.
Hank is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Certified Addiction Recovery
Empowerment Specialist / Certified Peer Specialist-Addictive Disease
(CARES/CPS-AD), Forensic Peer Mentor (FPM), Medication Assisted Treatment
Specialist (MATS), and also trained in Trauma Informed Care and the Science of
Addiction and Recovery.
Hank wanted to be a part of change in his own community, so in 2018 he took a leap of
faith and stepped into a full time position as Executive Director of Coweta FORCE. He
poured everything into building this organization and because of his incredible passion
and experience, it has thrived. Coweta FORCE offers support services to an average of
1500 people each month.
All of this wonderful opportunity was built upon his own experience with recovery from
substance use and mental health challenges that was established in January of 2010.
Hank is a devoted husband, father of 5 and has the choice to live a life of true meaning
and purpose because of the gift of recovery
