Donella Cecrle is a masters level social worker serving individuals with substance use disorder and mental health concerns.  Donella became an ally of individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder over 25 years ago. Working with a team of parents, peers, partners, and people in long-term recovery, Donella began to organize and support recovery resource networks throughout Southern California in 2019.  The resulting organization, The Purpose of Recovery, began serving the community in 2020 through virtual peer support and workshops and now operates virtually and  through partner locations in Orange County, CA.
